本產品用于檢測人抗凝血中Th1和Th2細胞在T淋巴細胞 (或CD4+輔助T細胞)中的比例。通常所說的Th1、Th2和Th17是指在各種生理與病理條件下有能力分化為Th1、Th2和Th17 的T輔助細胞 (嚴格意義上是Th0細胞)。靜息狀態 (即未受任何刺激，如人的正常生理狀態)下，Th0分化為Th1、Th2和Th17的能力非常弱，所以外周血中僅含有極少量的Th1、Th2和Th17細胞，這時所能檢測到的IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17A也微乎其微。而當Th細胞受到外界因素 (如刺激素、病原體等)刺激，其中Th0即會向Th1、Th2或Th17分化，具體分化趨向取決于細胞因子的種類。此時，檢測到的IFN-γ、IL-4或IL-17A也較多。實驗中檢測的Th1、Th2和Th17實際上是檢測Th細胞對刺激素刺激的反應能力。

Flow cytometric analysis of Human Th1/Th2 Staining Kit. The staining pattern of IFN-g and IL-4 on resting heparin anticoagulated blood (A0, B0) and PBMCs from EDTA anticoagulated blood (C0, D0). PMA/Ionomycin stimulated heparin anticoagulated blood (A1, B1) and PBMCs from EDTA anticoagulated blood (C1, D1). Dot plot analysis are derived from gated CD3+/CD8- cells population. Flow cytometry was performed on a Thermo Fisher Attune NxT. The health status of the volunteers is unclear.

使用Human Th1/Th2 Staining Kit進行流式檢測。靜息的肝素抗凝血(A0、B0)和EDTA抗凝血來源的PBMCs (C0、D0)染色IFN-g和IL-4。PMA/Ionomycin刺激的肝素抗凝血(A1、B1)和EDTA抗凝血來源的PBMCs (C1、D1)染色IFN-g和IL-4。對CD3+/CD8-細胞進行設門分析。實驗在Thermo Fisher公司的Attune NxT流式細胞儀上進行。志愿者的健康狀況未詳。
