檢測原理：本試劑盒采用雙抗體夾心酶聯免疫吸附檢測技術。特異性抗人IFN-γ抗體預包被在高親和力的酶標板上。酶標板孔中加入標準品、待測樣本和生物素化的檢測抗體，經過孵育，樣本中存在的IFN-γ與固相抗體和檢測抗體結合。洗滌去除未結合的物質后，加入辣根過氧化物酶標記的鏈霉親和素(Streptavidin-HRP)。洗滌后，加入顯色底物TMB，避光顯色。顏色反應的深淺與樣本中IFN-γ的濃度成正比。加入終止液終止反應，在450 nm波長(參考波長570 - 630 nm)測定吸光度值。
