描述

1.產品簡介
碘化丙啶(Propidium iodide, PI)可插入堿基之間而與DNA結合,其對堿基幾乎沒有序列偏好,每4 - 5個堿基對可結合一個染料分子。PI也能與RNA結合,需要用核酸酶處理來區分RNA和DNA染色。一旦染料與核酸結合,其熒光會增強20 - 30倍。雖然其摩爾吸收率(吸光系數)相對較低,PI仍然具有較大的stokes位移,從而在濾光片選擇恰當的情況下,仍能同時檢測細胞核DNA和熒光標記的抗體。PI可用于熒光顯微鏡、激光共聚焦、流式細胞儀和熒光計。
PI為膜不通透性,被活細胞排斥,可用于鑒定死細胞和多色熒光復染。下面提供的操作步驟與很多細胞標記技術兼容,如直接或間接抗體檢測技術、mRNA原位雜交、特異性的細胞結構染料等。在組織染色中可能要作修改。
本產品為含有PI和RNase A的50 ml DNA染色液,足夠用于50次檢測。
