產品簡介

Annexin V(或 Annexin A5)為胞內蛋白膜聯蛋白家族成員，以鈣依賴的方式與磷脂酰絲氨酸(PS)結合。PS 存在于正常細胞漿膜的內層，但在凋亡早期，膜不對稱性喪失，PS易位至細胞表面。熒光標記的 Annexin V 可與之特異性結合，表明該細胞為凋亡細胞。本試劑盒僅需 15 分鐘即可染色，快速方便。

此凋亡試劑盒針對BD的C6儀器進行優化，可方便調節補償。
